Centrum Królewska it is a prestigious, modern building of the “A” class, put in the centre of Warsaw, at crossing Marszalkowska and Królewska streets; the Vis a Vis of the Saxon Garden.The building was designed by the architectural studio of Stefan Kurylowicz. He is rewardind with the curious, unique shape.
Centrum Królewska is offering about 11,000 m2 of the surface to renting on fourteen levels with the ground floor inclusive in it three-level car park about the total amount of 108 parking spaces.

Intelligent Building of 2003 in the „office building” category
and
• „Favourite of Warsaw of 2002-2003”
1st place in the opinion poll of „Gazeta Wyborcza” and the monthly „Architektura – Murator” behind the design for the office building.
